Dr. Vikram Singh is a globally recognized AI Thought Leader, Data Science Strategist, and Public Speaker, currently serving as the Head of Artificial Intelligence at Mahindra Group. With over a decade of expertise in AI Strategy, Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, and Enterprise AI Transformation, he has been instrumental in driving large-scale digital transformation across industries including automotive, aviation, financial services, and hospitality.
Known as a pioneer in AI at Scale, Dr. Singh has built and led high-performing teams that design and deploy Enterprise AI Solutions—from intelligent chatbots, voice bots and predictive analytics platforms to cutting-edge MLOps pipelines, computer vision systems, and LLM-powered enterprise copilots. His leadership has directly impacted millions of customers and enabled organizations to achieve measurable ROI through AI-driven innovation.
Before joining Mahindra Group, Dr. Singh served as Associate Director & Principal Data Scientist at IndiGo Airlines, where he co-founded the AI Lab (Lab37), built India’s first GPT-4-powered airline chatbot (6Eskai), and pioneered predictive maintenance and operational analytics that transformed efficiency for India’s largest airline. He has also held leadership and research roles at Amazon, G42, and academic institutions like IIT Madras, where his published work on deep learning, computer vision, and super-resolution continues to influence the AI community.
